- A super easy and quick dessert to make.
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp Canadian Maple syrup
Mix coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon together. Taste it off, if you like it sweeter add more maple syrup.
Cut the banana in half and roll it in the "sauce", turn the frypan on and add a bit of coconut oil or the rest of the sauce,
Add the bananas and fry them until they get a bit of a colour and are soft, stick a fork through them gently to check if they are soft if you aren't sure.
Couple of minutes on each side is usually good.
Perfect dessert together with ice cream, with chocolate sauce, or topping to your breakfast youghurt, porridge, pancakes or what ever you like! It's so delicious.
